To ensure project success, you agree to:
Provide accurate and timely information.
Grant necessary access to systems, documentation, or personnel.
Respond to communication in a timely manner.
Delays due to incomplete or missing client inputs may result in project delays or additional fees.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Code and deliverables developed specifically for you are your property upon full payment.
Any pre-existing tools, libraries, or reusable components remain the intellectual property of WebPRO Networks LLC and may be licensed for use.
All services are billed as outlined in the project agreement or quote.
Invoices are due within [X] days of issue. Late payments may incur a [X]% monthly fee.
Work may be paused or terminated for non-payment.
WebPRO Networks LLC agrees to keep all non-public business, technical, or financial information confidential and not disclose it without your permission, except as required by law.

We do not guarantee that software will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose unless explicitly stated.
All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind unless otherwise stated in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebPRO Networks LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a project or engagement with written notice. You will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
